Christmas Decorating



I got this wreath probably about a year ago and LOVE it. I usually hangs on our towel closet door, but it is just so big and in the way. When we were putting up the tree I decided that I was going to do some re decorating. I LOVE how it looks here right above our table.

These are the stockings that mom got for me and Dan last year. I have looked around even at the store where she got them and can not find another on like it. I guess that I am just going to have to find something cute and get that for Crew. I just don't want to have one of the origional red ones when we have these nice beautiful ones!

I was debating on putting up a tree this year. It just seemed like a lot of work and since our place is so small I was wondering where we were going to put it. BUT after talking to mom she said that it is necessary to have a tree and that I would be putting it up. So I talked to Dan and we found the perfect spot for it! I love it and am very happy that we did put the tree up. I bought some ribbion last year on clearance for our tree this year and I have put it somewhere "safe" and it will stay there for a while cause I have searched high and low and it is no where to be found. I am still very happy with the results! At least this year we have actual ornaments instead of pop corn strands!

I am also going to have to find some way cute fabric and make a tree skirt, it looks so funny with out one. I just hope that I can find something that I like and that matches our decorations (red, silver, and black) I got the star from DI last year when I was working there it was $.75 with a 20% discount, how could you pass that up? I wanted to spray paint it black but never got around to it, I will have to make sure that it gets done for next year cause I think it looks kinda funny being brown.
