This is an e-mail my mom sent out today, so if you could all pray for little em I would really appreciate it. Just a little update on our Emily, she is scheduled for surgery to get a tube in her left ear on Thurs. Dec. 16th. This is something she has had done twice before and will have done many more times. Due to her nerve damage on the left side the muscles that control the estuation tube do not work right and she will need a tube in that ear for the rest of her life. So, I’d just like all of you to say an extra little prayer on her behalf for that day as she goes in to get this done. I’m sure all will be well, but a little extra help never hurts. 
I love this picture, em thought it would be funny for me to take a picture of her looking up into the camera from my feet. She is just such a doll. She is getting SO big and all grown up. She is almost as tall as I am, so it looks like I will for sure be the shortest! ;( She loves to sing, play outside, play with the wii, and spend time with her family. I love this little one and wish her all of the best in her up coming life!

I'm so glad that we live in a time that has the knowledge to help make her life easier and her ear pain free. She deals with all of her disablities so well. She is a trooper.
