We went to Lake Cleveland which is about an hour away from Rupert. It is SO beautiful!! He used to go there with his family all of the time when he was growing up. We went up on Thursday morning and left Sunday morning. Dan's sister Becky and her family came up late Friday night and stayed until Sunday morning.
It was lots and lots of fun. The big question that was asked was....."Would you go again?" Of course I said YES!! I had a blast and would Love to go again. Here are some pictures of my very first time camping.
If you look really really hard right in the middle you can see the fire!! That is the first fire that I helped build! 
This is my very first meal over the fire. It was breakfast burrito's. Man were they tasty! We had eggs, sausage, baccon, red patatoes, cheese, and the CHEAP salsa to go along. (If you are ever questioning what salsa to buy....don't go for the cheap one just cause it is cheap!!! trust me GO WITH PACE!!! ;D ) 
See this HUGE BIG OLD ROCK THING!!! Well I climbed up around over whatever, I got to the top of it!! It was long and YES I whined a little or maybe a lot. Lets just say that I am OUT OF SHAPE!! But it was fun once I got to the top and saw what I accomplished and what was around me!! Look at the next picture!! It is amazing!!
This is the pretty view from the big rock. I think that it is pretty cool. On the climb back down it was great fun.....I was walking on a rock and fell flat on me butt!! Lets just say that I am GRATEFUL that I did not go all the way down the mountain this time!! It was a long ways down!

My girl camping and hiking?! What on earth is going on? And you liked it. Well, I guess you really are growing up and turning into a wife. Wait a minute...I'm a wife and I hate camping. Oh well, I'm glad you had such a great time.
What a fun weekend!!! I'm jealous!! Every summer we say we're going to go and then we get to the end of the summer and we haven't gone at all. I think it's important to do fun things like that together. It keeps you close. Maybe next year we come down and go with you guys. That is if you don't mind three munchkins running around.
