The Proposal

He called me Tues. morning to get my dad's number. I told him that I was not going to say yes until he talked with my dad. So I gave him the number and was waiting for him to call with some sort of news. He called later on in the day and said he was taking my dad out to lunch. I told him he had better give me a call and let me know how things go. He did and said things went great! I asked him how much longer I had to keep everything a secret....he asked me if I could get away from work for a while and of course I said yes. He showed up to my office in a suit and tie. He looked wonderful!! My co-workers thought we were just running errands!! He drove to the temple and we started to walk around the temple. He started off and the baptism doors and said this is where you start off in the temple and eventually you will end up....and we walked around to where you come out when you are married and said here. Then he said Ashley Marie Reese and got down on one knee and pulled out the ring and asked me if I would marry him. I said yes and held back the tears!! Then we kissed a little and he took me to my parents house to show off the most beautiful ring!! Here is a picture!! I LOVE it and he picked it out by himself!! Go Dan you are amazing!!!
