Walking Day #1
Lets just say today was not the day to start walking. If you look outside it looks beautiful!! But once you start walking the wind is horrible!! I swear it was blowing like 60 miles an hour!!! K not that much but it was a lot and cold!! So I am going to wait for it to stop blowing and warm up just a litt bit more!! OH and the ducks scare me to death!!! just to let you know!!

It's freezing here too. Unless we try to fly a kite, then the wind dies and it heats up. Go figure?!
It is never a good day to start exercising! (ha ha) I hate it! BUT, when I do, I am vicious about it! When the IF soccer team left the field because of a hail storm, I walked on and laughed in the face of lightening and hail!!!!
Poor little duckies. They just wanted alittle attention or maybe a snack, like your LEGS. heheh
